Gen met Trevor ten years ago at UCLA where he was working with a non-profit on campus while Trevor was still finishing school. They became best friends doing everything with each other for years before realizing they'd fallen for one another and officially starting to date.

Between a pandemic lockdown, multiple cross-country moves, and several job hunts, they eventually settled in NYC just a few train stops from one of the original loves that brought them together—Broadway. It was only fitting that they declared their love and commitment at 54 Below with all their family and friends together in their favorite city in the world.
